What you bring:

  • Bachelor’s Degree in related field (Financial or Engineering) is required; MBA preferred
  • Minimum of ten (10) years of energy industry experience required, preferably in strategy, marketing, mergers & acquisition, product development, or change management
  • Experience negotiating contracts
  • Experience with utility retail rate structures and wholesale markets
  • Experience evaluating impacts of policy and regulatory impacts on business models and revenue potential
  • A preference will be given to industry experience in energy efficiency, solar, battery energy storage, resiliency, electric vehicles or smart cities
  • Ability to work well in a team environment
  • Ability to work with a diverse group of staff at all levels of an organization
  • Ability to evaluate materiality of new market opportunities and prioritize resource allocation
  • Ability to work with a high degree of flexibility and autonomy.
  • For this position, you must have evidence of right to work in the U.S. There is no employer sponsorship of U.S. residency or work authorization with this role

  • Ability to meet highest attendance requirements
  • Ability to communicate effectively, both written and verbally
  • Ability to handle multiple assignments on a timely basis with a high degree of accuracy
  • Ability to use a personal computer, calculator, etc
  • Could involve some lifting
