MISSIONS
  • Leads the team of Sales Directors, each having annual quotas, who are responsible for
  • Driven sustained year over year growth through acquiring key client targets within revenue and margin expectations
  • Accountable to cultivate a culture of innovation and sales process excellence to ensure high client satisfaction and increase proposal win percentages. 
  • Responsible for achieving booking plan and deliver against forecasted timing
  • Leads strategy for building a high quality pipeline of new business opportunities, owning the lead qualification process through to contract for all new client opportunities
  • Manage to a high performing sales culture, with best practice approaches to opportunity planning, meeting preparation, and contract negotiations
  • Establish metrics report out to Management on Sales Team’s progress toward quota.
  • Develop and establish multi channel selling strategies, developing and maintaining key relationships for the company
  • Responsible for delivering an accurate monthly forecasting of expected bookings, including leading indicators for a rolling annual performance.
  • Partner with our Training group to ensure training and instruction are provided to the Sales Directors that will enhance our selling experience
  • Travel with the Sales team several times a quarter to give direct in-person coaching – provide feedback and follow through to develop and enrich our sales presence in the market
  • Responsible for establishing and leading each team member with individual sales/territory plans – allocating territory assignments and target prospects among the team.
  • Coaches the Sales Directors in building call plans, performing research, establishing buying influences and understanding budgets & purchasing criteria for prospective clients.
  • Manages the Sales Directors through standard proposal processes to ensure high quality RFP responses.
  • Responsible for establishing and achieving sales targets by participating in annual incentive design process to align sales targets to appropriate incentive structure.

Required qualifications


EXPERIENCE/DIPLOMA
  • BS/BA degree in Business Management (marketing/sales/business administration concentration) preferred.
  • MBA a plus but not required.
  • 15 years of Sales Experience, 5+ years team development and management
