Trainee Managed Procurement Assistant

ENGIE are recruiting for a Trainee Managed Procurement Assistant. This role offers Hybrid working, if business needs arise to go into the office the loacation is New Oxford House, North East Lincolnshire, DN31 1HB. This is a permanent full-time role working 37.5 hours per week. What will you deliver?


  • Preparing tender packs
  • Creating opportunities on the e-tendering portal
  • Provide information and answer routine customer queries
  • Administrative support
  • Maintaining the e-procurement portal ensuring the accuracy of information, running of reports and assisting other users

Who are we looking for?


  • Competent IT skills and computer literacy with the ability to use Microsoft applications and databases
  • Communication skills both verbal and written
  • GCSE grade C in Maths and English or Functional Skills Level 2
  • Ability to deliver excellent customer service and build relationships with colleagues, clients and customers
  • Ability and commitment to complete CIPS level 3 Apprenticeship
