ENGIE are recruiting for a Talent & Development Coordinator to be based at 25 Canada Square, London, E14 5LQ. This is a permanent full-time role working 37.5 hours per week. On offer is a competitive salary, depending on skills and experience.


General Overview

Do you have a passion for supporting the development the employees of a world leading energy and services business? We are looking for a talented and ambitious individual to join our Talent and Development team, supporting our 15,000 UK employees to develop their careers. 


Roles and Responsibilities:  
  • Updating Academy Portal with new content and learning events
  • Deploying learning content on both e-learning delivery and LMS platforms
  • Maintaining version control processes and trackers for training materials
  • Carrying out minor updates to training materials as required
  • Capturing training records and completions into business systems for compliance purposes
  • Issuing joining instructions for training and compiling communications relevant to training initiatives
  • Responding to daily queries relating to training events, training content requirements, access to e-learning platforms or similar
  • Marketing the Talent and Development curriculum to the business and working with our reginal teams to maximise participation
  • Arranging and coordinating training and talent events
  • Collating and reviewing training feedback
  • Generating reports on training activity, completion and feedback trends

Qualifications or Required Experience:  

  • Educated to A-Level standard
  • Proficient in Office 365 applications
  • Effective communicator and influencer with excellent attention to detail and clarity of expression
  • Excellent customer service skills
  • Driven by continuous improvement and supporting other’s learning and development
  • Project Management and organisational skills
