Preferred Qualifications
A successful Talent Acquisition Manager at ENGIE Impact will typically meet the following criteria: 

•    A minimum of 6-8 years of talent acquisition, recruitment, and HR experience required, multi-national companies and/or consulting firms (Big 5) professional services, advisory, and consulting organization highly preferred.
•    Agency experience and experience placing candidates in a variety of positions including technical, senior-level, and hard-to-fill positions which required sourcing and outside-the-box recruitment strategy is required.
•    Proven ability to create talent acquisition practices and processes that ensure compliance with local, national employment laws and is resourceful in understanding employment laws in other geographies in the Asia Pacific.
•    Has a track record of designing and implementing efficient talent acquisition processes and systems to support high-volume, high-quality recruitment. 
•    Bachelor’s degree in human resources, business, finance, international management, or related field required. 
•    Ability to quickly establish credibility within the organization, and work with all levels of management and staff. Highly effective interpersonal skills, excellent verbal and written communication skills. 
•    Inherently curious with the ability to thrive in a start-up environment within a well-known global company that is fast-paced and oftentimes ambiguous.
•    Passionate about sustainability and innovative business solutions related to decarbonization.
•    Demonstrated ability to work effectively under pressure collaboratively across the business.
•    The desire for growth into other HR functions.
•    Experience with talent acquisition technology and tools including Taleo, LinkedIn, Entelo, Workday, Glassdoor, SalesForce, etc.
