  • An understanding of debt financing and capital markets, including funding for decentralized energy, ESCO’s, O&M and concession-based infrastructure projects
  • Experience in the use of ‘big data’ platforms to blend data, technology with people and insight
  • Previous experience working in a commercial negotiation environment with excellent lead generations, commercial management, negotiation and influencing skills
  • Skills and knowledge within a combination of integrated solutions, energy services and renewable energy technologies including building automation, lighting, HVAC, biomass, geothermal, solar, wind and energy storage
  • Commercial mind-set, strong prioritization, communication and organizational skills
  • Ability to quickly work into new tasks and accommodate with new circumstances in a dynamic environment

Essential Physical Abilities

  • Ability to travel often and frequently via airplane, car, etc. as required.
  • Ability to meet highest attendance requirements.
  • Ability to communicate effectively, both written and verbally.
  • Ability to handle multiple assignments on a timely basis with a high degree of accuracy.
  • Ability to use personal computer, mobile device, calculator, etc.
  • Could involve some lifting.


  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Economics, Finance Engineering, or equivalent from an accredited institution required
  • Master’s in Business Administration (MBA) a plus
  • 7-10 years of experience in sales, in the field of Energy Services and Renewables
  • Successful experience in sales, development and management of major projects
  • Demonstrated track record selling to and interfacing with multiple levels within an organization.
  • Demonstrated track record closing energy services and renewable energy deals.
  • Experience in managing sales process
