Required Qualifications, Skills or Experience:

  • Previous 2 years Site management experience within new – build housing
  • Experience of Partnership arrangements
  • Ability to operate Microsoft office software
  • Financial and commercial awareness


  • Up to date relevant knowledge of building legislation and Health and Safety legislation
  • Understanding of local government construction and New Build projects
  • Professional attitude and approach to work
  • Effectively manage time to meet deadlines
