EXPERIENCE/DIPLOMA

 

  •     Bachelor's degree required, with minimum of 2 years’ experience as an Executive Assistant or 8 years’ experience as an Executive Assistant in lieu of a degree.
  •     Proficient in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, and Power Point), Adobe Acrobat, and Social Media web platforms
  •     Unquestionable integrity.
  •     Superb judgement.
  •     Requires a minimum of 8 years of administrative support experience with 4-5 years at the executive level.
  •     Experience supporting leaders in a global-facing organization.
  •     Experience and interest in internal and external communications.  
  •     Strong organizational skills that reflect ability to perform and prioritize multiple tasks seamlessly with excellent attention to detail.
  •     Agile and comfortable driving results in fast paced, constantly changing environment.
  •     Very strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build relationships with stakeholders, including executive leadership team, senior leaders and external partners.
  •     Expert level written and verbal communication skills.
  •     Demonstrated proactive approaches to problem-solving with strong decision-making capability.
  •     Emotional intelligence and maturity.
  •     Highly resourceful team-player, with the ability to also be extremely effective independently.
  •     Proven ability to handle confidential information with discretion, be adaptable to various competing demands, and demonstrate the highest level of customer/client service and response.
  •     Demonstrated ability to achieve high performance goals and meet deadlines in a fast paced environment.
  •     Forward looking thinker, who actively seeks opportunities and proposes solutions.

 

WORK ENVIRONMENT

 

  • Primarily office environment
  • 15-25% Travel required annually
  • Some work required outside of regular office hours
