What you bring:

  • JD from an ABA accredited law school required
  • Must be licensed to practice law in one of the fifty (50) United States.
  • Must have at least 10+ years energy transactional experience, preferably with substantive experience in the electric power and utility services area, involving a variety of generation technologies.
  • Superior written, verbal and interpersonal communication skills
  • Strong commitment to professional/ethical standards
  • Ability to support multiple complex assignments and adapt to changing priorities and demanding deadlines
  • Confident, and able to quickly absorb and learn new topics
  • Ability to take initiative and function independently, with superior decision-making skills
