Required Professional Experience:

  • Experience in the fundraising sector focussing on volunteering, environment and employment. 
  • Project Management experience
  • Experience of working in a fundraising/ revenue-generating environment.
  • Able to manage and prioritise a varied workload
  • Able to identify solutions to complex problems 
  • Experience in managing websites and social media content
  • Good IT skills using MS Office for word processing, email, Excel spreadsheets, PowerPoint, sales and CRM platforms
  • Experience of people management, ideally including working with volunteers
  • Proactive approach to learning including high levels of self-motivation and self-direction



Who are we?


Our Parklife is a Community Interest Company (CIC) with a mission to connect local people to Queen Elizabeth Olympic Park, by providing employment, training and volunteering opportunities. 


Our Parklife is a Social Enterprise and joint venture between ENGIE, the principal contractor for Estates and Facilities Management (EFM) in the Park; idverde UK, the parks management sub-contractor to ENGIE; Renaisi, a local Social Enterprise specialising in regeneration; and Groundwork London, an environmental regeneration charity. Together these partners provide the unique mix of local, commercial, social, economic and environmental capabilities necessary to deliver the regeneration legacy of the Olympic and Paralympic Games in East London. We deliver training, volunteering and employment programmes on the Park and this dynamic role will lead on growing exciting new activities that will contribute to the growth of the business and identify new areas opportunities that align with our social purpose.
