Job Description and Missions

To support efficiently the expansion of Engie IMPACT in the Asia Pacific region, and bring the highest standard of consulting services to ENGIE Impact’s clients in Singapore we are looking for a:


You will be reporting directly to the Regional Practice Lead. As a Project Manager, you are responsible to oversee the delivery of an entire engagement, coordinating all project streams and promote Engie Impact Sustainable solution services.

All your missions have to be performed in full compliance with the ENGIE Impact’s standards in terms of Quality / Safety / Legal / Ethics.

• Bring vision and recommendations
• Animate the key milestones of the project
• Oversee the delivery of an entire engagement, coordinating all project streams
• Ensure the project is delivered on time and within budget, answerable for the project success and oversee project financials, staffing needs and regular communication to all stakeholders

• Develop a deep understating of client’s needs
• Be proactive and propose relevant services to our Clients
• Provide convictions and recommendations to Client ExCom
• Defend a clear and convincing storyline, present results in a convincing way, considering risks

• Originate sell on business, bring value to proposals, build points of view
• Stay aware of innovations, brainstorm with peers, share lessons learned with younger and counselees to generate impacting new approaches
• Stay up to date with Engie Group capacity to offer new and innovative services to the clients

• Manage Analysts and Consultants and contribute to their skills development though coaching, mentoring and feedback
• Seek ways to share your knowledge to accelerate the team members’ learning curve
• Contribute to the creation of a high performing team with engaged, happy team members
• Ensure that the Analysts and Consultants meet deadlines and standards of quality for their deliverables

Required Qualifications

• You have a master’s degree from high-ranked Business school or Engineering School
• You have at least 5 years’ experience in consulting (if possible including sustainability transition) or energy sector and a first experience of team supervision (Project management certification required) and have develop a recognized industry expertise
• You have strong Advisory skills: Advisory posture, Issue-based analysis, Problem-solving, Strategic to operational
• You have strong Delivery skills: Engie ecosystem mobilization, Value management
• You have a proven record in Project Management (project leadership, project management tools, project methodologies certifications)
• You have strong capacities to promote Engie Impact’s services and are able to detect or generate opportunities
• You have Business Strategy and Financial Analysis skills
• You have some knowledge about Responsible Business
• You are able to work in autonomy and are highly reliable thanks to your risk’s anticipation and management skills
• You are recognized for your Interpersonal skills and relationship building: Capacity to develop intimacy with client, Collaborative spirit, Capacity to develop a strong network and to activate it when required, Capacity to work in multicultural team,
