What you bring:

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field preferred.
  • Minimum of 7 years total experience in construction management of large, complex projects, including training and/or certifications
  • Minimum of 3 years of project management experience, preferably constructing solar or complex construction projects
  • PMP is strongly preferred
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills
  • Proficiency with MS Office including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Project
  • Comprehensive knowledge of construction processes and sequencing
  • Hands-on experience with tools and equipment
  • Leadership and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to lead and adapt in a demanding, ever-changing environment
  • Ability to work with a collaborative approach to getting the work done


Additional Information/Conditions:

  • Physical ability to conduct regular site walks
  • Must hold a valid driver’s license
  • Ability to meet highest attendance requirements
  • Ability to communicate effectively, both written and verbally
  • Ability to handle multiple assignments on a timely basis with a high degree of accuracy
  • Ability to use a personal computer, calculator, etc.
  • Could involve some lifting
