Essential Physical Abilities

  • Ability to meet highest attendance requirements
  • Ability to communicate effectively, both written and verbally.
  • Ability to handle multiple assignments on a timely basis with a high degree of accuracy.
  • Ability to use personal computer, calculator, etc.
  • Could involve some lifting.


  • Four year degree in business or equivalent experience
  • 2-5 years of retail energy experience related to customer operations and products required
  • Experience with working with billing vendor, EDI vendor and care vendor is a plus
  • Experience with Access Database/SQL is a plus.
  • SAP and/or Siebel Energy experience preferred
  • ESCOWare experience preferred
  • Knowledge of the Retail Energy Market and Alternative Gas and Supplier business practices and requirements.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
  • Exceptional attention to detail and time management skills
