Education/Certification/Knowledge:

  • BA degree in business administration, accounting, finance, or related field of study required.

  • Other combinations of education and experience may be considered.

Experience: 

  • Minimum 5 years of management experience with proven ability to gain team efficiencies through process improvement initiatives.

Skills/Abilities: 

  • In-depth knowledge of ENGIE Impact’s full suite of services preferred with Strong understanding of ENGIE Impact’s departments and processes preferred.

  • Intermediate level aptitude in the Microsoft Office Suite of products, including Excel, Word, Access, and Outlook.

  • Must be detail oriented and can organize and prioritize multiple tasks and workflows, including excellent time management and organizational skills.

  • Demonstrated leadership aptitude, with emphasis on employee coaching and mentoring, excellent communication skills, and superior customer service skills with the ability to voice concerns with management and/or executives when necessary.

  • Promotes a highly collaborative work environment, demonstrating high integrity and strong leadership principles.

  • Ability to guide, assess, and evaluate individual employees and team performance.

  • Demonstrates self-awareness; uses constructive feedback and reflection to gain productive insight into personal strengths and weaknesses.
