What you bring:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, Information Systems or a related field is preferred
  • A minimum of 5 years of experience in Information Technology development/support experience
  • Strong knowledge and experience in System Development Life Cycle (SDLC) project management and applicability of IT controls to development deliveries
  • A minimum of 5 years of experience as an SFDC Platform App Builder with Sales Cloud and Service, including configuration and declarative tools to automate processes such as Lightning App Builder, Process Builder, workflows, lightning flows, triggers and approval processes.
  • Preferred Salesforce certifications include Administration, and Platform App, Builder.
  • Salesforce Lightning experience.
  • Strong declarative development experience with the following, hands-on configuration skillset – including process builder, workflows, flows, Lightning components, Lightning App Builder, approval processes, validation rules, and triggers.
  • General understanding of Salesforce programming languages and tools such as Apex & Visualforce.
  • Knowledge of Salesforce limits and experience with development practices to conform, while ensuring optimum performance.
  • Results-oriented and customer-focused
  • Self-directed and able to operate in a matrix organization
  • Able to manage competing priorities
  • Strong time management, project management, and team collaboration skills.
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills

  • Ability to meet highest attendance requirements
  • Ability to handle multiple assignments on a timely basis with a high degree of accuracy
  • Ability to use a personal computer, calculator, etc.
  • Could involve some lifting
