Experience and Qualifications


Experience in an internal communications role, preferably including business partnering experience within support functions such as HR, IT or Finance


Experience in management of internal communications tools, including digital tools such as SharePoint and Office 365 functionality, and app-based content management systems


Services and energy market knowledge would be beneficial


Knowledge and Skills

In-depth knowledge of the key elements associated with effective internal communications

Excellent interpersonal, verbal and written skills and experience in explaining complex information quickly and concisely

Ability to work independently and within a team, and with a range of different stakeholders

Creative skills with the ability to propose and implement initiatives, and logistical / planning skills to ensure projects are delivered on time and to required budget

A high-level of IT knowledge (particularly Office 365)
