Who are we looking for?
  • A genuine interest in HR and our industry as well as a passion for growing and developing talented individuals
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities, with strong communication skills
  • Excellent attention to detail required and comfortable working with large amounts of data to produce reports
  • Ability to work on your own and as part of a team, with excellent customer service skills
  • Previous experience in HR or in a coordinator role preferred, prior knowledge of Apprenticeships and the Apprentice Levy is desirable but not essential
  • A driven, self-motivated attitude, with the ability to work on your own initiative
  • Well-developed emotional intelligence and self-awareness
  • Previous leadership experience (either through work or through extra-curricular activities)
