Knowledge, Skills and Qualifications required: 

  • Good command of MS Outlook, MS Teams, Word, Excel, Visio and PowerPoint
  • Sound interpersonal skills with an appreciation of cross-cultural working
  • Clear communicator – verbal and written
  • Focus on effective & timely delivery and getting things done in a commercial context
  • Confidential, diplomatic and discreet
  • Willingness to help others and the ability to work well in a team
  • Possess excellent planning and organisational skills and exemplary attention to detail and accuracy
  • Self-starter, highly motivated and able to work on own initiative to deliver results 
  • Able to deal with a high workload 
  • Flexibility and ability to prioritise work to deal with constant change
  • Deliver exceptional customer service and possess good interpersonal skills
  • Ability to deal with ambiguity and to think laterally
