General Manager Street Lighting- Washington DC
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in engineering, asset management or related field.
- 15 years of experience in operations of streetlight networks and PPP projects.
- 10 years of experience in similar leadership role.
- Technical knowledge and experience in managing similar infrastructures.
- Significant knowledge on both electrical and lighting systems.
- Excellent communication skills (both verbal and written).
- Solid ability to manage relationships with employees and PPP stakeholders.
- Exceptional work organizational skills to handle complex environments and multiple contractual deliverables.
- Mature leadership skill to motivate and effectively support operations.
- Valid driver’s licence.
- Able to be on site within two hours of notice.
- Able to pass a background check.
- Computer Literate: Able to utilize with ease Microsoft Office and CMMS (ideally CityWorks platform).
