GCSE Maths Grade C or above (or equivalent)


GCSE English Grade C or above (or equivalent)


Degree level (or equivalent) is preferable 


Knowledge and Skills 


Understanding of the customer lifecycle and interdependencies between Billing and Market Operations and interfacing departments


Strong organisational skills and the ability to produce accurate work within tight deadlines


Practical approach to problem solving


Process improvement methodology expertise is beneficial


Good knowledge of industry processes particularly the relevant areas of the UNC, BSC, MRA, DCUSA and DTC Flows is desirable


Excellent communication and customer service skills


Numerical skills and proficiency in Microsoft Office 




Management of third-party contracts and service level agreements


Previous team leader experience is beneficial 


Experience from a similar role within the Energy sector is desirable.
