Qualifications 

GCSE Maths Grade C (or equivalent) or above

GCSE English Grade C (or equivalent) or above

Knowledge and Skills

Strong organisational skills and the ability to produce accurate work to tight deadlines

Excellent written and verbal communication skills

Good numeracy and problem solving skills

Ability to present information effectively

Understanding of the registration processes and interdependencies between Sales and Customer Services and interfacing departments

Experience

Previous customer service experience

Experience of a customer setup role would be an advantage
