ENGIE are recruiting for a Contract Administrator to be based in Waterside House, 1 Waterside Plaza, Sale M33 7ZF. This is a part time role working 20 hours per week (Mon-Fri 10:00am-2.30pm). On offer is a competitive salary.
This role reports to the Contract Manager and will ensure that performance is monitored via the systems and in line with contractual requirements and reports are produced for both internal and external requirements and dealing with day to day queries.  

	Maintain sub-contractor register
Support in sub-contractor inductions and maintain register of inductions and RAMS.
Amending tasks on CAFM systems following regular PPM reviews, including creation of new assets and frequencies.
Promote customer feedback and surveys.
To comply with company procedures to ensure that all risks relating to safety, health, environment and quality are effectively managed through the use of risk assessments, PPE, training and company procedures to ensure a safe working environment.
Monitoring contract performance (including reviews of SLA performance, reviewing open work orders, processing KPI contract requirements and service request management).  
Assist in keeping WIP levels on contracts to a minimum by ensuring timely completion of jobs.
Assist in the compliance of existing Health & Safety Policy, safe working practices, liaising closely with the technical team.
Organise planned lifecycle for sub-contractors and site managers. 
Raise purchase orders within agreed limits and receipt of goods / services provided to maintain the systems for effective financial monitoring. 
Ensure compliance with statutory and company procedures, across all functions.

	5 GCSEs at grade C or above or equivalent relevant experience in similar role.  
Experience in working in a facilities management environment or similar fast paced business. 
Positive team player, 
Attention to detail,
Integrity and professionalism, 
Excellent organisational skills are essential, 
Communication skills,
IT skills (using Microsoft office applications such as Word/Excel/Outlook)
