Required Qualifications, Skills or Experience:

  • Ability to understand the day to day operations of the dept and Hospital
  • Skill in developing policy and procedure documentation
  • Ability to communicate effectively, both orally and in writing
  • Ability to make procedural decisions and judgments
  • Capability to work to strict and ever-changing deadlines
  • Overall understanding of current health service sector issues 
  • Ability to serve on task forces and/or committees
  • Familiar with ISO 9001
  • Managerial experience in a busy working environment
  • Knowledge of Portsmouth Hospitals
