What you bring:

  • Bachelor’s degree required
  • 5-7 years of experience, 5 or more years in retail energy highly preferred
  • Must have strong and proficient Analytical and Problem-Solving Skills
  • Customer Service Oriented, daily interaction with internal and external customers
  • Must be able to handle multiple assignments on a timely basis, adapt well to change and perform at a fast pace with the ability to organize, prioritize, produce accurate and, quality work
  • Capable of working independently and owning direct responsibilities as per direction or management
  • Experience in retail energy operational roles using contracting, transaction management systems, CRM’s, workflow tools, and billing cash application systems
  • Knowledge of UDC utility distribution company and ISO Independent Service Operator market rules and regulations
  • Experience and knowledge of EDI Electronic Data Interface transactions
  • Ability to communicate to external ENGIE vendors and third parties, direct utility contacts, sales, internal leadership team members and all teams across the business unit including members of accounting and corporate services tied to ENGIE North America
  • Meet the highest attendance requirements
  • Clear and effective communicator (verbal and written) and, a team player. Able to engage with colleagues to solve problems in a fast-changing environment
  • Ability to work under tight deadlines and manage stressful situations, think logically and with clear reasoning
  • For this position, you must have evidence of right to work in the U.S. There is no employer sponsorship of U.S. residency or work authorization with this role
