ENGIE are recruiting for a Account Manager to be based in Bridgend. This is a permanent full-time role working 40 hours per week, 08:00 - 17:00, Monday - Friday. On offer is a salary banding of £40,000 - £50,000, dependent upon skills and experience, company vehicle allowance, bonus and benefits package.

General Overview:

The role will be responsible for the management of a portfolio of hard services contracts across South Wales which are predominantly serviced via our in-house mobile engineering workforce.

The role holder will report to the Regional Director and will lead, direct & motivate staff consisting of admin, supervisors and engineers ensuring financial budgets & commercial/SLA obligations are achieved. To build sustainable partnerships with customers and key stakeholders and deliver the business strategy in the service area for ENGIE to achieve service objectives and profit while maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction.

Required Qualifications, Skills or Experience:

  • Must have a technical background either through education or experience
  • Good financial acumen with a proven knowledge of budgetary control and profit and loss accounts 
  • Sound understanding and experience of risk assessment / management 
  • Management of mobilisation, TUPE experience 
  • Member of BIFM (desirable)
