About the Role
As Project Delivery Site Manager for the Yuri Project, you will provide senior on-site leadership across construction, commissioning, start-up and handover phases of this flagship renewable energy project.
Located at Yara Pilbara Fertiliser in Karratha, the Yuri Project integrates an 18MW solar farm, 8MW battery storage system and a 10MW hydrogen electrolyser, supporting hydrogen production and power exchange.
- 2:1 roster | Karratha, WA (site-based)
- Delivery through to March / April 2027 (project timeline dependent)

Key Responsibilities
- Provide day-to-day site leadership, overseeing the EPC Contractor’s construction and commissioning program to ensure safe, compliant and efficient delivery
- Lead and promote a strong HSE culture, working with the EPC contractor to proactively manage risks and maintain performance
- Act as ENGIE’s senior on-site representative, building effective relationships with key stakeholders including Yara and the EPC contractor
- Monitor site progress, identify risks and constraints, take ownership to collaboratively resolve issues and support timely delivery of the project.
- Support commissioning, start-up readiness and handover to operations, including system completion, documentation and pre-start-up safety reviews
About You
You bring strong site leadership experience within large-scale industrial or energy projects, with the ability to operate effectively in a complex, multi-stakeholder environment. You are confident influencing outcomes on site, prioritising safety and building trusted relationships across teams.
- Significant experience managing construction and commissioning activities within process plant, energy or infrastructure projects
- Broad technical understanding across mechanical, electrical, instrumentation and operations interfaces
- Proven ability to lead EPC contractors and subcontractors in a delivery-focused environment
- Strong knowledge of HSE systems, permit-to-work processes and safe execution on major project sites
- Experience supporting commissioning, operational readiness and project handover to operations
- Clear communication skills, with the ability to engage, challenge constructively and drive outcomes collaboratively
