Operational Support and Maintenance Manager
Role Objective: Ensure and guarantee the availability and reliability of ENGIE’s Transport Systems in Mexico by directing activities in the areas of Operation, Maintenance, and Right of Way, and managing the assigned financial, human, economic, and material resources.
Your Impact: As Operational Support and Maintenance Manager, you will have the opportunity to directly contribute to our mission, playing a key role in :
- Ensure the reliability and availability of the Transport System.
- Ensure the submission of reports to internal, external clients, and regulatory bodies.
- Apply budgetary and investment policies to meet subscribed debt commitments. Act as the guarantor of contractual commitments and compliance with defined and established procedures with partners and administrations.
- Manage the technical staff of the Operations Department of ENGIE’s Transport systems in Mexico through applicable current policies to set annual employee objectives and ensure performance evaluation and compliance with the annual training plan, career plan, etc.
- Represent the relevant subsidiaries before clients, other Transporters or Distributors, service providers, as well as federal, state, and local authorities. Comply with internal and external rules and procedures regarding Quality, Safety, Occupational Health, and Environment, according to the functions of the position.
Requirements:
Engineering (preferably technical, process, energy, or related), MBA desirable.
Project management, budget management, emergency management, measurement management system.
Office Applications / Engineering Calculations (software).
Advanced Spanish
Advanced English
10 years experience in the posicion similar.
