Tractebel Hydroprojekt is looking for: 
Lawyer / Business Lawyer Contract Management, Ethics and Compliance (m/f/d)
 
Responsibilities
Legal advice:
•    Ensuring proper legal risk management, contract review and support for teams during the pre-contractual and execution phases of a contract/project
•    Managing claims and litigation in collaboration with the insurance broker, insurance company, attorneys and adjusters
•    Providing legal and contractual advice and counsel to senior management on strategic decisions
•    Conducting internal trainings
•    Creating and updating contract templates and powers of attorney/representation
•    Deciding on and managing support from external consultants
 
Ethics/Compliance Officer
•    Responsible for implementing and following up on the company-wide ethics/compliance program
•    Conducting, managing and reporting on internal/external investigations, risk assessments and audits
•    Defining, following up on and monitoring ethics action plans, corrective actions and ethics incidents
•    Conducting, documenting and following up on internal training
•    Point of contact for all ethics and compliance issues for management, executives and employees
 
Profil
•    Degree in law, economics or a comparable field with a focus on compliance or risk management
•    At least 5 years of professional experience in a comparable position, ideally in the field of M&A or management consulting
•    In-depth knowledge of relevant legal and regulatory requirements
•    Strong analytical skills and attention to detail
•    Fluent German and English
•    Strong communication skills, discretion and a confident manner
