What You Can Expect
As our Site Administrator II, you will be responsible for providing effective administrative support for the Plant Manager, other plant management and technical employees as needed. You will report to the Plant Manager.
What You’ll Bring
- High School diploma or GED
- Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in an administrative role
- Experience assisting Plant Manager with cost and procurement controls, budget preparation and review, resolution of billing, vendor management, reports, and correspondence preparation
- You will serve as a member of the local safety committee
- You will be responsible for generating purchase orders to vendors and in assisting with the expediting and delivery of orders as required as well as close out of purchase orders
- You must produce documents and reports as requested by operational leaders
- You must assist supervisors in scheduling and coordination of travel arrangements
- You will maintain, monitor, and process invoices and purchase orders, maintain inventory records for accounting related documents
- You must establish and maintain general administrative activities including timesheets, timesheet summaries, and recordkeeping activities
- You will assist with plant inventory control
- You must coordinate with corporate human resources department to aid as needed
- You must maintain routine plant operating logs and reports
- Yow will carry out other duties as assigned
Additional Details
- This role requires attendance at a worksite on a daily basis
- Must possess a valid U.S. driver’s license
- Must be willing and able to comply with all ENGIE ethics and safety policies
- Thorough knowledge of administrative and secretarial functions
- Ability to use analytical judgment to plan and perform diversified work, making decisions within prescribed limitations
- Ability to effectively communicate with co-workers and take direction from others
- Compliance with training / regulatory requirements
- Ability to meet highest attendance requirements
- Ability to communicate effectively, both written and verbally
- Ability to handle multiple assignments on a timely basis with a high degree of accuracy
- Ability to use personal computer, calculator
- Required to wear personal protective equipment
- Experience with Maximo Software preferred
- Experience with Microsoft Office software (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Experience with SAP software
Compensation
Salary Range: $66, 360 – $110, 640 USD hourly
This represents the average expected pay range for a qualified candidate.
Actual offered salary may depend on geography, experience, industry knowledge, education, internal pay alignment, or other bona fide factors.

In addition to base pay, this position is eligible for a competitive bonus / incentive plan.
