What You Can Expect

As the Project Controls Senior Analyst based at the Georgetown campus, you will report to the Project Controls Director and oversee financial reporting and evaluation related to the operations and maintenance costs of the energy plant. You will collaborate closely with the Energy Plant Director and supervisors to ensure accurate, timely cost reporting for billing and budgeting purposes. Additionally, you'll be responsible for developing, managing, and submitting Utility Fees to the university and key stakeholders across Major Partnership teams. Working closely with the Project Controls Director, you will also develop analytical tools and KPIs to track and enhance financial performance within partnership contracts.

  • Lead budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting in compliance with ENGIE guidelines and reporting schedules
  • Provide financial insights, identify potential risks, and recommend strategies to support operations and maintenance teams
  • Prepare accurate management reports and presentations while maintaining strong relationships with stakeholders and partners
  • Develop and implement analytical tools to measure, evaluate, and improve operational and maintenance effectiveness

 

What You’ll Bring

  • A minimum of a bachelor’s degree in finance, economics, or related field
  • A minimum of five (5) years' experience in finance, accounting, or tax, with knowledge of Operating & Maintenance and Concession Agreement frameworks.
  • Strong analytical skills with expertise in building and using complex Excel financial models

Compensation

Salary Range: $74,900 – $114,770 USD/CAD annually

 

This represents the average expected pay range for a qualified candidate.

 

ENGIE complies with all federal, state, and local minimum wage laws. Actual salary offered may vary depending on geography, experience, education, internal pay alignment, or other bona fide factors. 

 

In addition to base pay, this position is eligible for a competitive bonus / incentive plan
