Position Mission: Ensure that the assigned jobs, as well as those managed by the contractor, are executed in accordance with the collection policy; likewise, ensure the proper use of the materials assigned for that activity. Additionally, guarantee the correct management of the company's assets (meters) that are under their custody. Address requests and special jobs requested by the Management and/or Leadership related to the position; with the aim of achieving the objectives set by the Organization.

Your Impact: As Validator Technicia, you will have the opportunity to contribute directly to our mission by performing the following key functions:

Requirements: To join our team as Validator Technician, we are looking for:

Maintain proper control of meters (inputs, outputs, manipulated meters, meters for destruction) in accordance with current policies and procedures.

Attend to the service orders assigned by function. (inspections, removals, relocations, address validation, etc.)

Monitor the materials assigned for the cutting and reconnection process.

Validate that the commercial partner of the disconnection and reconnection process carries out the assigned activity with the necessary equipment and tools for that activity; through the audit process and checklist periodically to ensure correct execution in compliance with regulations.

Comply with the Fleet Assignment regulations for utility vehicles assigned by function; through periodic checklists.

Deliver, supervise and review the correct activity of the assigned business partner for the cut-off and reconnection process, according to the Collections policy.

Ensure that the process of destroying meters is carried out periodically, to maintain space availability in the agency's warehouses and to contribute to HSSE regulations concerning order and cleanliness.

Generation of contracts and rehires of clients, providing clear information in the field to invite new users to hire the service, to contribute to the achievement of the regional objectives.

Generate the High Cards based on the objectives assigned by Management, validating field activities in various areas to ensure that they are being carried out safely and in accordance with current HSSE regulations.

 

  • Education and Experience: Bachelor's degree in Economic Administration or Industrial Engineering recently graduated.
  • Technical Skills: (Excel, PowerPoint, and Word), Standard vehicle operation (essential) Valid license, Basic knowledge in gas handling (desirable), Operating mechanical tools (wrenches, pliers, etc.)
  • Key Competencies: Attention to detail, analysis and problem solving, technical documentation, technical knowledge, time management and organization, teamwork, and communication.
  • Languages:  Spanish
