We are looking for a Treasury & Cash Management Analyst to join our Cash Operations team and play a key role in keeping our financial engine running smoothly.

 

You will be at the heart of daily cash management for ENGIE Group entities. Your expertise will ensure accurate cash positioning, reliable forecasting, and seamless coordination with banking partners across multiple currencies. - Perform daily reconciliation between forecasted and actual treasury flows and explain variances clearly.

- Prepare and update daily cash position forecasts and deliver weekly short-term forecasts to Group Treasury Centers.

- Monitor cash positions and liquidity levels across entities in euros and foreign currencies.

- Execute, control, and track payment transactions using treasury tools such as Datalog TMS.

- Analyze and resolve payment incidents in collaboration with banks and internal teams.

- Qualify and categorize cash flows in the Treasury Management System and produce regular treasury reports.

- Identify process gaps, support corrective actions, and contribute to the standardization of cash management processes.

 

 

- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Finance, Treasury, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field.

- Two to five years of experience in cash management, treasury operations, or financial operations, ideally within a shared service center or BPO environment.

- Solid understanding of cash management processes, payment flows, reconciliation, and cash forecasting methodologies.

- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Outlook; familiarity with Treasury Management Systems such as KTP or payment tools is a strong asset.

- High attention to detail with strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

- Fluency in French and English, both written and spoken; Dutch or another European language is a plus.

- Proactive mindset with the ability to work in a structured, deadline-driven, and international environment.
