Wind Turbine Maintenance Technician III

We are looking for a Wind Turbine Maintenance Technician III to act as a technical reference within the team. You will play a key role in the reliability of our equipment, directly contributing to the performance and availability of the wind plant.
Your responsibilities
- Perform and oversee preventive and corrective maintenance activities on wind turbines, ensuring compliance with the Maintenance Plan and safety standards.
- Diagnose faults using supervisory systems and controllers, identifying anomalies, performance issues, and opportunities for improvement.
- Supervise and guide electromechanical maintenance services performed by outsourced teams, ensuring quality, deadlines, and technical standards.
- Ensure compliance with lockout/tagout (LOTO) procedures, waste management, fire prevention, and environmental policies.
- Support the preparation of technical reports, work instructions, and specifications, contributing to standardization and continuous improvement of activities.
- Train and share best practices with other technicians on the team, acting as a technical leader in the internalization of activities.
- Ensure proper recording of all activities in the maintenance management system, including materials, execution times, and detailed service descriptions.
Requirements and Qualifications
- Technical degree in Mechanics, Electrotechnics, Electromechanics, Electronics, or related fields.
- Advanced practical knowledge in preventive and corrective maintenance of wind turbines.
- Advanced proficiency in reading and interpreting electrical diagrams and maintenance management software.
- Intermediate knowledge of IT, data analysis, and occupational health and safety standards.
- Basic English for reading, writing, and conversation.
- Dynamic, proactive, and collaborative profile, with strong critical thinking and technical leadership skills.
- Desirable: certifications such as NR-10, SEP, GWO, NR-35, NR-33, and experience with the ECO122 platform.
Location
Trairi, Ceará, Brazil. On-site work at the ENGIE Brasil Energia wind farm, CESM sector.
