Job Description:

• Lead a team of technicians for facilities management related activities in the building.
• Carry out routine inspection, preventive maintenance, and repairs of electrical systems (lighting, power distribution, panels, motors, UPS, generators, etc.).
• Monitor electrical system performance and report faults, risks, and improvement opportunities.
• Respond to breakdowns and support troubleshooting to restore normal operation quickly.
• Assist in managing contractors and supervising electrical maintenance works.
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations, permit-to-work procedures, and statutory requirements.
• Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities, equipment history, and spare parts usage.
• Support energy-saving initiatives and technical upgrades within the facility.
• Participate in emergency response for electrical-related incidents.
• Any other duties as and when assigned.   

 Requirements:

• Diploma in Electrical Engineering with at least 1 year of relevant experience, or Higher NITEC in Electrical Engineering with at least 3 years of relevant experience.
• Good knowledge of electrical systems, codes, and safety practices.
• Ability to read electrical drawings and use basic electrical measuring tools.
• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
• Able to work independently and possess good interpersonal skills.
• Has a good safety mindset and displays good WSH behaviour.
