Responsibilities:

• Responsible in leading a team of Technicians for all Facilities Management activities
• Carry out and supervise preventive and corrective maintenance works for building trade
• Conduct routine inspections of building and identify defects
• Coordinate and supervise contractors for repair and maintenance works
• Ensure works are completed according to specifications and safety requirements
• Verify job completion and ensure proper documentation of maintenance records
• Assist in A&A, upgrading, and improvement works
• Monitor work progress and ensure timely closure of work orders
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and building standards
• Any other duties as and when assigned.

Requirements:

• Diploma in Engineering/ relevant FM discipline with at least 1 year of relevant experience, or Higher NITEC with at least 3 years of relevant experience
• Experience with building works e.g. plumbing, water proofing
• Strong decision-making and problem-solving skills
• Able to work independently, resourceful and self-motivated
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Has a good safety mindset and displays good WSH behaviour
