What you will do:

  • You will own the full cycle of the recruiting process, including sourcing, interviewing, and closing candidates.
  • You will work directly with our technical experts, engineers, and stakeholders to bring the best candidates into the pipeline.
  • You will manage the relationship with external stakeholders involved in the recruitment processes such as recruitment agencies, language assessors.
  • You will build and own the strategy to recruit at a high volume and fast pace.
  • You will maintain constant communication with the direct manager and act as a single point of contact, building trustful relationships with eligible candidates throughout the selection process.
  • You will conduct interviews with selected candidates, ensuring the smooth running of professional tests and providing advice to the direct manager regarding the compatibility between the candidate's profile and the job profile.
  • You will support managers and other participants in the selection process in mastering interviewing techniques.
  • You will propose, design, and develop additional evaluation tools in the selection process (tests, case studies, simulations, etc.).
  • You will design, develop, and implement complex actions and projects aimed at attracting potential eligible candidates (external/internal): employer branding events, fairs, partnerships, internal workshops, etc.
  • You will identify, together with the managers of the functional areas within the ENGIE Group companies, the job profiles for which there are recruitment needs, as well as the most suitable channels and sources for searching for eligible candidates.
  • You will constantly identify potential candidates, who are not actively looking for a job, eligible for the positions under recruitment.

 

Desired education, expertise, and skills:

  • Bachelor's degree;
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in recruitment and selection activities;
  • Very strong sourcing skills;
  • Strong knowledge of candidate evaluation techniques in the selection process;
  • Good knowledge of human resources legislation;
  • Very good knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint);
  • Advanced English language skills;
  • French language skills – strong advantage;
  • Presentation, influencing, negotiation and mediation skills;
  • Analytical, synthesis, organizational, and planning skills;
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously;
  • Performance and result-oriented;
  • Anticipation and prioritization skills;
  • Excellent communication and relationship-building skills;
  • Autonomy, initiative, and involvement;
  • Proactive attitude in problem-solving;
  • Ability to identify innovative solutions;
  • Ability to work under time pressure.
