As a Supplier Data Steward, you play a key role in keeping our procurement ecosystem accurate, compliant, and efficient across France and Belgium.You work at the heart of our Global Business Services Procurement team, ensuring that supplier information is correct, complete, and actionable. Your work directly supports buyers, category managers, and suppliers every day.
What You'll Do
- Receive, review, and approve supplier creation requests by performing data consistency and completeness checks
- Activate and update supplier data across referential and transactional systems, including SAP and ARIBA
- Implement supplier classification, declassification, and disqualification in the systems based on buyer decisions
- Support buyers and category managers in launching and managing the supplier qualification process
- Validate supplier registration and qualification, including administrative certificates and scope updates
- Provide technical support to suppliers and internal stakeholders on SAP Business Network and all ARIBA modules
- Guide suppliers and internal teams through onboarding on ARIBA, IMS, Ecovadis, and e-Attestation platforms
What You Bring
- Experience in procurement operations or supplier data management is a strong asset
- Fluency in Italian and English is essential; Romanian is required-
- A university or college degree in a relevant field
- Solid understanding of procurement tools, especially SAP and ARIBA platforms
- Strong attention to detail and a structured approach to data quality
- Clear and confident communication skills with both internal teams and external suppliers
- A collaborative mindset and the ability to manage multiple requests in a fast-paced environment
Location
Bucharest, Romania — Hybrid working arrangement. This role supports procurement operations primarily for France and Belgium, within the GBS Procurement perimeter.
