You join the SEZAME program, ENGIE's global SAP SuccessFactors initiative, and take ownership of the Learning Management System within our GBS IT team. You are the bridge between technology and people, ensuring our LMS runs smoothly, evolves continuously, and truly serves the business.

What You'll Do

- Act as the functional and technical reference for the SuccessFactors LMS, ensuring process consistency and data integrity across the platform.

- Monitor EC-LMS interfaces using KPIs, participate in incident resolution, and drive actions to reduce recurring support requests.

- Supervise L3 teams in ticket management, verify provider solutions, and ensure SLA deadlines are met.

- Lead enhancement projects across SAP and RUN releases, from requirements scoping and impact analysis through to deployment and optimization.

- Support the Group HR Department in defining and evolving the LMS roadmap, contributing your own proposals and expertise.

- Maintain and enrich functional and technical documentation, including Quickstarters, learning packs, and workbooks, to improve the user experience.

- Facilitate training workshops, design authority sessions, and stakeholder committees to drive adoption and alignment.

What You Bring

- 5 to 7 years of hands-on experience with SAP SuccessFactors LMS, with advanced functional and technical knowledge.

- Strong background in HRIS and learning module configuration, administration, and continuous improvement.

- Proven ability to manage incidents, coordinate with integrators, and challenge proposed solutions with confidence.

- Experience working across IT and HR teams, with strong stakeholder management and communication skills.

- A proactive, rigorous mindset with a genuine focus on service quality and customer satisfaction.

- Advanced level of English, both written and spoken; French is a plus but not required.

- Comfortable working in an international, hybrid environment with teams based across multiple locations.

Location

Matei Millo 6, Bucharest, Romania. This role follows a hybrid working model. The core team is primarily based in Paris, so regular remote collaboration across time zones is part of the role.
