YOUR CHALLENGE as Senior Strategy & Business Consultant (F/M/X)
As a Senior Consultant, you will play a leading role in delivering high-impact consulting assignments:
- Lead complex consulting engagements (3–6 months) for internal clients worldwide, ensuring high-quality delivery, from problem framing to implementation
- Structure and drive project execution, defining methodologies, managing timelines, and coordinating team members
- Act as a trusted advisor to senior stakeholders, understanding their challenges and translating them into actionable strategies
- Develop insightful recommendations and innovative solutions, combining analytical rigor with pragmatism
- Supervise and coach junior consultants, supporting their development and fostering a strong team dynamic
- Manage client relationships daily, ensuring alignment, engagement, and satisfaction throughout the project lifecycle
- Contribute to the growth of ENGIE Consulting by shaping new offerings, improving methodologies, and sharing knowledge across the team
- Support business development activities, including opportunity identification and proposal preparation
- Actively contribute to the internal life of ENGIE Consulting, strengthening collaboration, team spirit, and continuous improvement
You will be based in Brussels, with opportunities for short- to mid-term international assignments depending on project needs.
YOUR PROFILE as Senior Strategy & Business Consultant (F/M/X)
- Master’s degree in engineering, business, or a related field
- 5–8 years of experience in consulting, ideally within a top-tier consulting firm
- Proven experience in leading projects and managing client relationships
- Strong analytical skills combined with a structured and solution-oriented mindset
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
- Ability to influence and engage stakeholders at different organizational levels
- Fluent in English, with a good command of French and/or Dutch
- Proven track record in consulting, coupled with in-depth knowledge of the energy industry and its challenges.
- A collaborative mindset, with a passion for teamwork, learning, and knowledge sharing
