The Role:

 

We are seeking an experienced Treasury Analyst to provide support to the Treasury team with analysing ENGIE ANZ’s needs for liquidity in the short and medium term and the update and maintain forecasts of the cash position for working capital management.

 

The role will report directly to the Group Treasurer (ANZ) and can be worked flexibly from home and the office.

 

This is a full time role, however, reasonable requests for part time work will be considered.

 

 

Key Responsibilities:

 

  • Perform consolidation of rolling cash flow forecasts prepared by business partners and prepare monthly treasury reporting;

 

  • Assist in the liquidity management of ENGIE ANZ portfolio via the management of external and internal funding facilities;

 

  • Support daily treasury operations for EEMA on KTP, XRoad and TreasuryLine, which include payment validations and forecasts;

 

  • Perform administration function on ENGIE ANZ online banking platforms (e.g. ANZ Transactive Global, NABConnect, CBA CommBiz)

 

  • Assist in the working capital management of ENGIE ANZ portfolio through cash pooling and inter-company lending;

 

  • Manage the ongoing liaison with ANZ Bank as the provider of ENGIE ANZ cash pooling platform.

 

 

About You:

 

To be successful in this role, you will have relevant experience in a treasury role and have an understanding of general business cash flows, accounting and tax.   You will have sound numerical and analytical skills and have advanced Excel skills, including the ability to develop, maintain and review complex financial models.  You are action-oriented and collaborative in your approach and possess excellent communication skills.
