The opportunity:
Our retail energy business is at the forefront of low-carbon products, services and technologies, which help Australian households manage their energy bills and emissions.
The Senior BDM – Strategic Partnerships will drive the strategic alignment, identification, onboarding and execution of partner opportunities to drive business growth. You will develop and maintain effective, productive, and harmonious relationships with our partner network to drive sustainable business outcomes.
You will lead a team to grow and maintain a healthy partner ecosystem for current and future growth objectives, whilst reporting to the National Sales Manager, ENGIE Retail.
Responsibilities will include:
- Growth of existing Partnerships to ensure a long term mutually beneficial and highly integrated relationships.
- Delivery of quality customers through new Partnerships – with a focus on delivering great customer experience.
- Improved Customer Experience across all sales channels in relation to sales interaction quality and compliance.
- Build and maintain a pipeline of opportunities for ongoing evaluation.
- Responsible for new business generation to meet business needs.
- Represent ENGIE when negotiating key partnership contracts and promoting products
About you:
- Sales Management experience including strategic partnership management and new partner development
- Self-motivated, achievement oriented, well-disciplined and task focussed - with a strong sense of timeliness and an ability to encourage these characteristics in others
- Strong stakeholder and relationship management skills
- Ability to prepare a sales strategy and execute successfully
- Excellent presentation and communication skills in person and via video
