Maintenance Technician III – Affirmative Position for Women

Your Responsibilities

• Perform preventive, predictive, and corrective maintenance activities on hydroelectric power plant equipment.
• Participate in the commissioning of new systems and monitor contracted maintenance services.
• Contribute to the continuous improvement of processes by proposing ideas and solutions applicable to power generation.
• Maintain up-to-date technical records, prepare reports, and complete equipment technical documentation.
• Specify materials, issue purchase requisitions, and inspect the receipt of supplies and materials.
• Interpret technical drawings, flowcharts, and equipment manuals to support maintenance activities.
• Comply with and promote the company's Health, Safety, and Environmental Management standards.

Requirements and Qualifications

• Technical Diploma or Technologist Degree in Electrical Technology, Electromechanics, Electrical Engineering Technology, Electronics, Automation, or Instrumentation.
• Advanced knowledge of hydroelectric generation equipment and systems.
• Advanced proficiency in reading and interpreting technical drawings, flowcharts, and equipment manuals.
• Intermediate experience with maintenance management tools and software, as well as integrated management systems.
• Knowledge of maintenance procedures, methods, and techniques, including material specification and procurement processes.
• Strong interpersonal skills, including teamwork, resilience, problem-solving orientation, and adaptability.
• Basic knowledge of occupational health and safety standards and computer applications (word processing, spreadsheets, and email).

Sonora, Mato Grosso, Brazil — ENGIE Brasil Energia, HPP Sector (Hydroelectric Power Plant).
On-site position.
