Responsibilities:

• Develop and prepare conceptual design presentations, construction drawings, and detailed technical documentation.

• Review and verify drawings to ensure compliance with project specifications, regulatory standards, and industry codes.

• Maintain and periodically update master drawings (M&E, Architectural, C&S) and ensure proper documentation in the drawing e-registry.

• Collaborate with the Facility Site Manager and Project Manager to support ongoing and new projects.

• Perform ad-hoc drafting and documentation tasks as assigned by management.

Requirements

• Degree in Engineering or a related discipline.

• Proficient in AutoCAD with experience in 3D drafting.

• Working knowledge of MicroStation and Architectural Desktop (ADT) is a strong advantage.

• Minimum 5 years of relevant drafting experience, preferably in facilities management or the built environment.

• Highly responsible, meticulous, and reliable with a strong work ethic.

• Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to work effectively with stakeholders at all levels.
