Job Description:
• Submit daily staff attendance reports to the client, including updates on staff leave status
• Collaborate closely with the client’s administrative team to carry out assigned administrative duties
• Raise Purchase Requisition (PR) and Billing Advice in the CMMS system
• Handle petty cash claims
• Coordinate with Finance and the Site Manager on aging reports and claims
• Work with site engineers, supervisors, and managers to monitor P.O./Quotation (QB) status and update the database
• Provide administrative support to the site team and HR department for staff pass renewals and remind staff to attend required training
• Perform any other ad-hoc duties assigned by the Manage
Requirements:
- Minimum Diploma
- Minimum 2–3 years of relevant experience in related field
- Good organizational, problem-solving, and communication skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Excel and Words
- Ability to work independently and handle multiple tasks
- Has a good safety mindset and displays good WSH behaviour
