Responsibilities:

• Lead and supervise a team of technicians and supervisors in executing electrical facilities management activities.
• Plan, implement, and monitor daily operations to ensure optimal performance and compliance with safety standards.
• Oversee and attend to electrical maintenance works, ensuring timely resolution of issues.
• Conduct root cause analysis for electrical faults and breakdowns, and implement corrective actions.
• Prepare detailed technical reports and proposals related to breakdowns and maintenance activities.
• Execute ad-hoc projects, assignments, and repair works as directed.
• Ensure proper documentation of all procedures, maintenance works, and compliance records.
• Perform any other duties as assigned by the immediate superior.

Requirements:

• Diploma in Electrical Engineering or a related discipline.
• Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in facilities management, preferably in a leadership role.
• Licensed Electrical Worker (LEW) certification by the Energy Market Authority (EMA) is a strong advantage.
• Strong communication skills with a positive attitude and eagerness to learn.
• Ability to multitask and work independently in a fast-paced environment.
• Good documentation practices and attention to detail.
• Safety-conscious with a strong understanding of Workplace Safety and Health (WSH) standards.
