Responsibilities:
· Lead a team of technical officers and technicians for facilities management activities
· Advice and lead the technical investigations for rectification works
· Liaise with contractors for rectification works or ad-hoc jobs
· Investigate, analyze and determine root cause and report breakdowns and faults effectively
· Prepare technical reports on breakdowns and proposals
· Carry out any other ad-hoc project, assignment, maintenance or repair work assigned
· Ensure complete documentation of procedures and maintenance works
· Plan and develop the technical officer skills
· Assist the Facilities Manager in liaising with client for all works related to the system in-charge
· Plan and execute the yearly maintenance schedule
Requirements:
· Minimum Degree in Mechanical Engineering or Diploma in Mechanical Engineering with atleast 3 years experience
· Good communication skills, positive mindset
· Hardworking and able to multi-task
· Customer service oriented mindset
· Proficient in Microsoft Office suite and AutoCAD
· Has a good safety mindset and displays good WSH behaviour
