Job Description:

• Lead a team of technical officers and technicians for facilities management activities
• Advice and lead the technical investigations for rectification works
• Liaise with contractors for rectification works or ad-hoc jobs
• Investigate, analyze and determine root cause and report breakdowns and faults effectively
• Prepare technical reports on breakdowns and proposals
• Prepare technical specifications for system upgrading and new installation works
• Carry out any other ad-hoc project, assignment, maintenance or repair work assigned
• Ensure complete documentation of procedures and maintenance works
• Plan and develop the technical officer skills
• Assist the Facilities Manager in liaising with client for all works related to the system in-charge
• Plan and execute the yearly maintenance schedule

Job Requirements:

• Degree in Mechanical/ Electrical Engineering with at least 2 years of experience or Diploma in Mechanical/Electrical Engineering with at least 5 years of experience
• Knowledge in M&E systems
• Good communication skills, positive mindset
• Hardworking and able to multi-task
• Customer service oriented mindset
• Proficient in Microsoft Office suite and AutoCAD
• Has a good safety mindset and displays good WSH behaviour
