As a Technical Project Manager, you'll play a crucial role in driving complex engineering projects that contribute to our mission of accelerating the transition towards a carbon-neutral world.

Summary of what you will do

• Lead and coordinate multiple EPC / Engineering contracts to ensure seamless project delivery
• Manage project scope, budget, schedule, and quality standards with precision
• Develop and maintain a comprehensive understanding of project requirements
• Proactively identify and manage project risks and opportunities
• Provide leadership in Health and Safety management, adhering to company standards
• Interface with other projects and work groups to coordinate activities effectively
• Oversee the transfer of physical assets and relevant information during project execution and close-out
• Promote active learning and continuous improvement through return on experience activities

What you will bring to the role

• Degree or equivalent in an engineering discipline
• Project management qualification such as APM Practitioner or PMI Project Management Professional
• IOSH Managing Safely/NEBOSH General Certificate
• Extensive experience in managing complex contracts in an engineering design and construction environment
• Proven track record in leading multidisciplinary teams for new build or refurbishment engineering projects
• Strong knowledge of power generation or heavy engineering industry
• Excellent understanding of health, safety, and environmental legislation and best practices
• Outstanding leadership, interpersonal, and communication skills
• Ability to build respect and create a sense of community among team members
• Strong influencing and negotiation skills

This is a site based role in Llanberis, Gwynedd, North Wales
