Responsibilities

• Responsible is assisting the Property Manager in managing building matters to ensure the smooth running of operations at client’s premises.
• Lead a team of technicians for facilities management activities
• Advice and lead the technical investigations for rectification works
• Liaise with contractors for rectification works or ad-hoc works
• Overseeing tenant management, organizing fire drills etc
• Investigate, analyze and determine root cause and report breakdowns and faults effectively
• Prepare technical reports on breakdowns and proposals
• Carry out any other ad-hoc project, assignment, maintenance or repair work assigned
• Ensure complete documentation of procedures and maintenance work.

Requirements

• Degree/Diploma in Mechanical Engineering or equivalent 
• At least 5 years relevant working experience in facilities management industry and ACMV works 
• Has a good safety mindset and displays good WSH behaviour
