Working Environment

The “Urban Infrastructure” product line is responsible for all the engineering activities related to the development  of projects in the field of Urban infrastructure, large area development ,roads and services  for industrial projects  and transportation .These projects go from the technical due diligence, pre-feasibility studies up to final commissioning

.

Your function

Your main duties include:

• MEP & FF design for Industrial, Commercial, Residential and Mixed use projects.
• Prepare DBR & Concept design reports for MEP & FF System
• Preparation of technical specifications, data sheets for MEP & FF system
• Work in close coordination of MEP and Fire Fighting works with Civil, electrical and Architectural team.
• Preparation of BOQ and Cost Estimation for MEP & Fire Fighting components of the project as per codal requirement like NBC, IS, NFPA, etc. standards.
• Expert in MEP design software like AutoCAD, Revit, Navisworks etc.
• Planning and Design of external services like water, sewerage and Storm water system
• Knowledge of treatment plant will have added advantage.
• Review and approval of vendor design and document.
• Participating in meetings and resolving engineering and management project issues.
• Keeping track of site activity and verification of Contractors RA Bills.
• Involve in project commissioning, review of GFC drawing and preparing project closure report.

Your profile

• You hold a Degree in Mechanical Engineering from a reputed institute with minimum 8 years of professional experience.

Special Attributes

• Good written & verbal communication skills
• Ability to write and prepare reports related to tasks performed

• Shall be able to work independently with good analytical ability
